Hepizibah was was certified by the International Council of Women (ICW) a gender and women development advocate after the Africa Regional Conference in Yenagoa which he can only liken to as the Africa version of the 1995 Beijing Women Conference. Since then, he realize that gender and women development is no longer a national issue but global. People have asked him what is his motivation behind WAFAA. he spoke to Adoara Onyechere on AIT early this year 2015 before March 8th being international Women’s Day; the Hosting of WAFAA is anchored on the following retinue of reasons:Firstly, according to Guinness book of records; there are about ten books that change humanity, one of which is the King James Version of the Holy Bible; his greatest inspirations come from this life changing book. his first conviction for WAFAA was the doctrine of Isaiah 62 verse 11(Say unto the daughter of Zion, Thy Salvation Cometh) which laid the agenda for women liberation upon which all local and international covenants, treaties, communiques and declaration are based; the holy scriptures is clear about gender and women development. There is a promise for women to be redeemed in all facets of life; the fundamental reason for WAFAA is rooted in eternity-which he believe is influenced by God-the one who made her out of a rib bone. Hence, WAFAA is about the celebration of 100 women who have dedicated their lives to the service of God and humanity. Gender policies and affirmative action protocols are protected in this charter of Divinity which all man-made governments must respect.
